How do I create a terms account?
  1) Download and fill out the Credit Application. (If you have your own credit form, you can send that as well)
2) Make sure to include a hard copy Purchase Order with the application.
3) Email, fax or mail to Express Systems. (Contact Info)
4) You will receive a response from a Sales Representative shortly.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Please call 1-800-222-0172 (ext. 209) to set up an RMA.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?
  Defective or DOA Products
IndustrialDirect understands how exasperating it is to receive a DOA product. Subject to the manufacturer's warranty requirements and restrictions, we will credit your account for any defective product returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Defective products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. The carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product including cables, software, and manuals. You must obtain an RMA number from customer service before you return any defective or DOA products.

At your request we can ship out a replacement product at no charge via UPS ground. Express carrier freight service charges for replacement product will be charged to the customer.

Non-Defective Products
Products may be returned for credit if the following conditions are met:

  • Product must not be damaged
  • Product must be in resalable condition, and in original package
  • Discontinued, special order, or custom-built items cannot be returned for credit
  • Credit will be issued when product is received. Credit will be for product cost only, not for shipping or tax. Any non-defective returns may be subject to a 5% to 15% restock fee.
  • When will my order ship?
      Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
